Just like Kyle, many many people have suffered painful and debilitating reactions, inluding Death, following Covid Vaccination. Despite this the HSE and Department of Health have provided no means for Vaccine Injured people, or their families, to report and track these injuries in Ireland. Yet we are told the Vaccines are safe and effective. How could the authorites know the vaccines are safe and effective if they do not acknowledge or track the injuries?

As of 01-Nov-2021, CPHET is providing this essential public service to Citizens in Ireland. To begin this process simply send an email to vaccineinjuries@cphet.ie with contact phone number, vaccine certification number and some basic details. You can report for yourself, a friend or a family member. We want to make this process as simple as possible so if you are missing any information don't worry about it. It is important to build up a picture of what is really happening with the vaccinated population and to provide this information to the public so that Citizens can make properly informed choices about thier own health.
